A Lagrange Interpolation Application for Automating Fertilizer Distribution in Agriculture using Wireless Sensor Networks

Background: Agriculture is the linchpin of Indian economic system which extraordinarily dependent on soil, use fertilizer and climate conditions. Soil fertility depletion a reason for problem agriculture. Not only usage plant vitamins per hectare fairly low imbalanced, but also farmers are still using traditional method to spread in field predominant crop yields. It influences people via consumption. So, there should be precision constancy tracking mechanism agricultural merchandise fertilizers inside farm. In this paper, implemented presents distribution required acreage. To optimize this, wireless sensor gives systematic answer Lagrange’s Interpolation (LI). Methods: The experiment was carried out MIT Academy Engineering’s Agrotech Farm Pune over last one year (2019-2020). readings were taken from tomato crop.
